Terms & Conditions


Hotel Policies

  • In general hotels do not allow people to bring in food.
  • Children are considered under 12 years of age.
  • Children should be accompanied by a responsible adult in the venue and leisure facilities.
  • You should NOT pay the hotel directly for your accommodation.
  • You should pay the hotel directly on departure for all on the day purchases.


  • Credit or Debit card details are required to secure your booking.
  • Payment is taken on the first day after the event.
  • You will receive an email confirming your booking, please check this information.
  • Payments can be taken by debit or credit card and BACS transfers.
  • Credit cards, Including American Express carry a 2% fee, debit cards do not.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations accepted without penalty 5 full working days prior to event.
  • After this deadline we will do our best to re-allocate your booking.
