4 STAR SUPERIOR FULL BOARD
The 4 Star Superior Koral Beach Hotel is rated as the top hotel out of 58 in Oropesa Del Mar and enjoys a magnificent location, on the front line of Morro de Gos Beach, an accessible blue flag beach with fine golden sand that stands out for its spaciousness and tranquility. The long flat sea front promenade with its shops, bars and restaurants is a lovely walk and is directly out side the hotel . Hotel is recommended for adults, recently renovated, just 200m from the town center and 700m from the city center, the Torre del Rey and Playa de la Concha. Its surroundings are perfect for practicing different sports, such as cycling, hiking or sailing. We will have our short mat bowls set up for this holiday and we will be including at least one trip to Valencia.
Site Visit
I visited this hotel last week and even out of season I was surprised to see that nearly all the bars, shops and restaurants were still open along the promenade and in the town,
The beach and seafront area is well looked after and offers long flat walks with plenty of bars and restaurants along the way.
Although the hotel only has 200 or so bedrooms it feels like a big property with lots of space both indoors and out. Recently refurbished the hotel is in excellent condition and laid out very well, with all but the very lowest floors offering excellent views of the mountains behind or the sea views or both.
All bedrooms are a good size with a fridge and free safe and have a very usable balcony and you can choose to have morning or afternoon sun or book one of the front facing rooms and enjoy sun all day with full sea views. The restaurant is bright and well laid out with show cooking stations and lovely sea views.
The bridge room is ideal for us, located near to the restaurants and other facilities, on the ground floor also with sea views and more than enough space for us to play bridge.
We will enjoy full board accommodation with drinks included with both lunch and evening meals and we will organise a free trip into Valencia during our stay.
