YOUR FINANCIAL PROTECTION
1 - BRITISH HOLIDAYS
A deposit of £80pp is required to secure you booking. Your accommodation is not charged until after you have arrived at the hotel. You have no financial liability until 29 days before the holiday. See our T&C page for further information. After this time there are penalties should you choose to cancel the holiday. If Guaranteed Events Ltd, in the unlikely event, is forced to cancel a UK holiday, then you will not be charged and the scheduled payment simply cancelled. Any deposits will be refunded within 7 business working days at the latest.
2 - OVERSEAS HOLIDAYS
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The final balance payments for overseas holidays will now be due 49 days before the holidays start date and will also be held securely in trust until your holiday is completed. This arrangement protects your money in the event of any failure by third-party hotels, transfer companies, or ourselves.
3 - Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your overseas holiday booking and is held in Trust along with final balance payments until the relevant holiday has taken place. We will be able to offer a full refund if you cancel an overseas holiday with no less than 49 days prior to arrival date or 29 days for UK based holiday bookings. After this there are terms and conditions. See our T&C page for further information. If you do cancel an overseas holiday after the 49 days BOS will make every effort to resell your place, you can also do the same and we can then simply ‘name change’ your booking. See our T&C page for further information. If we are unable to resell your place and there are cancellation charges due.
4 - FLIGHTS
When booking your flights for your holiday you will need to make sure that the agent or flight company supplies you with an ATOL certificate. This will protect you if the company that supplies this fails. Any travel arrangement must be made only after your accommodation booking is secured. Any liability for a change of travel due to the unavailability of a holiday or particular dates you require, BOS will not be liable for. You must always ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place at the time of booking either element of your holiday. We can recommend providers if you need help.
