Where to locate your driver
Transfers FROM Barcelona airport:
Once your flight has arrived and you have picked up your luggage, please head to the designated meeting point based on your Terminal as indicated below where a representative wearing a blue turquoise t-shirt with the “Transfers” logo will be waiting with a sign displaying your name.
Terminal 1 - When entering the arrivals hall, please turn right and head towards the tourist information desk. Our representative will be just a few meters from the arrivals hall customs control door.
Terminals 2A, 2B, 2C - Arrivals hall
The driver will take you directly to the hotel.

If your are flying to Girona airport
The lead passengers name will be the GEBOS and a number at the top of the voucher and not your name.
Where to locate your driver
Transfers FROM Girona airport:
Your driver will be waiting at the arrivals gate / in the arrivals lounge with a sign showing the lead passenger's name or a Suntransfers.com sign. You may be requested to show your airline boarding pass and provide the driver copy of this voucher. If you are held up collecting your luggage, please send one of your group to locate the driver, as he / she may not be aware that your group has arrived.
The driver will take you directly to the hotel.

Transfer Protocol
We will have posted transfer information to you and also by email, please make sure you bring a copy of the transfer voucher with you in case you are asked for it.
Your transfer will pick you up and take you directly to the hotel.
Once your flight has arrived and you have picked up your luggage, please proceed to the arrivals hall and desk or meeting point that has been given to you on the transfer voucher.
It is very important that you call the numbers provided if you cannot immediately find your driver upon arrival.
Wait time: The driver will wait up to 60 mins and monitor your flight for delays. If you are held up collecting your luggage, then you will need to call the driver to ask him to wait for you. If you do not follow these instructions, we cannot pay for an alternative taxi.
In the very unlikely event that you can not find your driver or the emergency contact number can not help then you can take a Taxi to the hotel and we will refund you. But you must first follow the above process.
