We hope you are looking forward to your holiday to Kefalonia starting from the 2nd of May. This holiday is now fully booked and we should have up to 12 tables in play. Adrian, Tricia, Heidi & Julie look forward to seeing you at the hotel.
Your private group transfer will take you directly to the hotel, we do not mix transfers for different flights so we can get you to the hotel as quickly as possible.
Please make sure you have a copy of your transfer voucher with you as you will be asked for this.

Where to locate your driver
Once your flight has arrived and you have picked up your luggage, please proceed to the TLT desk, which is situated outside the arrivals hall on your right as you exit the airport building. Our representative will assist you in arranging your transportation with the assigned driver.

We will have posted transfer information to you and also by email, please make sure you bring a copy of the transfer voucher with you in case you are asked for it.
Your transfer will pick you up and take you directly to the hotel.
Once your flight has arrived and you have picked up your luggage, please proceed to the arrivals hall and desk or meeting point that has been given to you on the transfer voucher.
It is very important that you call the numbers provided if you cannot immediately find your driver upon arrival.
Wait time: The driver will wait up to 60 mins and monitor your flight for delays. If you are held up collecting your luggage, then you will need to call the driver to ask him to wait for you. If you do not follow these instructions, we cannot pay for an alternative taxi.
In the very unlikely event that you can not find your driver or the emergency contact number can not help then you can take a Taxi to the hotel and we will refund you. But you must first follow the above process.
