Hotel Site Visit Report
Dining Arrangements Food is served for our group from 7:00pm. The dining experience included three courses with three options for each course, plus a salad bar buffet. Vanessa has confirmed a private area on the lower level. The bar remains open until at least midnight. Welcome drinks can be served either in the bar or the Bridge Room.
There are two beautiful terraces overlooking the pool and sea, along with a large bar and restaurant where guests can enjoy drinks and lunch throughout the day. Drinks are priced around £5 per pint, similar to many local bars. Lunch options range from a €6 toastie to a €20 pasta dish and everything in between.
Inside the Hotel
The hotel is very well-maintained and clean.
A lift services all floors: the restaurant and Bridge Room are on the ground floor, reception is on the first floor, and the spa is on level six.
There are 19 steps leading into the hotel from the front entrance; however, a side entrance is available that includes lift access.
Sunbeds around the pool cost €10 per person, which includes a bed and towel. On the beach, the cost is €12 for two beds and a parasol, making it a more economical option for couples.
The Bridge Room is spacious and has limited natural light. Toilets are conveniently located next door, and there is easy access to a designated smoking area.
The hotel hosts a singer on the balcony once a week. I will obtain the full entertainment programme for our holiday and surrounding area closer to the time when Vanessa has it.
There are minimal steps to navigate, aside from a small step into the bathrooms and showers.
Bedrooms
The comfort room, which is slightly larger than the standard rooms and includes tea and coffee-making facilities not available in the standard rooms. The standard rooms do appear somewhat smaller.
All rooms are equipped with a safe, fridge, TV, and hairdryer in the bathroom. Most rooms have walk-in showers with a small step, although there are a couple of rooms available with baths.
Upgraded rooms with full sea views are limited on each floor, but side sea views and rear-facing rooms overlooking a quieter road/garden area are available. The road itself is surprisingly quiet, and local bars close around 11 pm, meaning I didn’t hear much noise during the night. Of course, some general noise from the resort is to be expected.
None of the rooms come with an iron, and there is no option to hire one from reception. The only alternative is to utilise the laundry service, which charges €3 to iron a pair of jeans or dress, and €1 for a man's T-shirt.
Outside the Hotel
The hotel enjoys an unbeatable location with no steps to navigate outside. Guests can walk along the seafront for miles, with beach bars located every few hundred metres. Exiting the hotel leads directly to an array of bars, shops, and restaurants. The main strip is just one road back and stretches for miles.
On the main road, there are piazzas that host pop-up markets on different days, selling food, bags, and jewellery. I’ll provide details on the main Jesolo Market, though it is a bit further away, possibly requiring a taxi for those who may find the walk challenging.
Feel free to speak all me if you have any questions or require further information.
Daniel Cole.
